Property portfolio
Under the umbrella of regeneration and redevelopment, there are three main areas of focus to our business, each supported by a proven business strategy: commercial land and development, residential and income producing properties. This extensive portfolio diversifies risk and creates opportunities.

Commercial land
We have consistent long-term, high-value commercial development activity with a 1.6m sq ft pipeline of development opportunities.

Income producing
Our net rental income continues to grow and typically covers the running costs of the business.

Residential
We have a residential land bank of 30,215 plots of which over 80% have planning recognition.
