Current Status:
Over the last 5 years, significant regeneration has taken place. New buildings have included over 60,000 sq ft new retail, 66,000 sq ft Asda, Leisure Centre, Health Centre, 176 residential units (100% affordable), 26 big bus station and a new 440 space surface car park. Future phases will include the refurbishment of the existing shopping centre’s malls and the redevelopment of the North Square.
Our Vision:
A comprehensive mixed-use development to regenerate Edmonton Green, providing major community uses including a new Primary Care Centre, Leisure Centre and bus station, additional retail provision and new high-quality residential dwellings.
