Selected as development partner by Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council (WHBC) and Homes & Communities Agency (HCA formaly English Partnerships) for a mixed use regeneration on an 8 acre town centre site.

Current Status:
A full detailed planning permission was obtained in March 2007 following the signing of a Development Agreement with WHBC in December 2005. A CPO was confirmed by WHBC in January 2008 following a Public Inquiry in September 2007. Following a "design review" in 2009 & revised planning application has been submitted to reflect the market conditions.
Our Vision:
To regenerate Hatfield Town Centre by a scheme centered around a new town square providing 90,000sq ft of retail space, including 20-25 shops, cafes and restaurants, together with, community facilities, a bus interchange, a taxi rank and 112 residential units.
