Current Status:
The development is being built in phases with demolition works completed during the course of 2006, construction commenced in November 2006. The delivery of affordable housing took place in early 2009 and phase 1 of retail in autumn 2009. The sales and marketing suite, including a 2- bedroom show home, is now open for viewing.
The Ramsey House building has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment and now provides contemporary office accommodation totalling 23,000 sq ft over three floors (2nd to 4th).
In October 2009, the new public square was launched, marking the completion of the first phase of development which saw the opening of a major new 32,000 sq ft TK Maxx store and Bonmarche and Peacocks which share 15,700 sq ft.
Our Vision:
A comprehensive development which aims to re-establish Wembley Town Centre as a shopping and living quarter. Scheme will provide 138,000 sq ft of retail and leisure, 24,000 sq ft of offices, 259 residential units (86 affordable), a new public square, refurbished multi-storey car park and train station.
