Existing buildings let to industrial and warehousing tenants, along with areas of storage lands. A new 70,000 sq.ft. purpose built factory has been built for Daher Sawley. 49,250 sq. ft. of Speculative Industrial units constructed. One 6,000 sq ft unit is available.
