A STARRY NIGHT FOR ST. MODWEN HOMES

We’re over the moon to announce that we’ve achieved a 5 star rating from the House Builder’s Federation (HBF); the highest accolade to be granted by the national housebuilding body.

The customer service recognition is based on more than 90% of our customers stating that they would recommend St. Modwen Homes to a friend. The 5 star rating also signifies that our customers are extremely satisfied with the quality and design of their new home, as well as the handover process and the information they received throughout their house buying journey.

Our customer service team received the award at a glittering awards ceremony last night. Here’s what Dave Smith, Managing Director at St. Modwen Homes, thinks of the company’s new 5 star status:

“We are delighted to be accepted into the small group of home builders that have the elite accolade of the 5 star rating. We believe quality, beautiful design, the customer experience and our reputation is all intrinsically linked. We will continue to focus on the beauty of our designs and the quality of our product in order the other aspects of the equation can follow through.

“We also aim is to make sure each and every customer has the best experience possible by delivering a reliable and efficient service at all times. From answering your questions and helping you find the right home for you, to helping you obtain a mortgage and arranging a completion date. It doesn't stop there, our customer service team is on hand when you move in so you know you can count on us.

"To have achieved this accolade based on the feedback from our own customers makes it even more special."

Now five years old, this is only the second year that St. Modwen Homes has been submitted for the HBF customer service rating and follows last year’s success where we achieved a four star status.

The HBF ratings are the benchmark for housebuilders as they are based solely on an independent survey of home buyers, completed over a 12 month period.  The customer satisfaction survey was launched in 2005 and is analysed by the NHBC (National House Building Council) whose primary purpose is to raise the construction standards of new homes in the UK.

In addition to the HBF’s 5 star rating, we also achieved a Gold Star rating for the second year running from research specialist, In-House Research. We’re so pleased with this fantastic feedback from our customers and promise to keep up the good work.
