NEW PLAY AREA AT TRENTHAM MANOR

St. Modwen Homes has opened a new play area at Trentham Manor, encouraging the development's youngest residents to get outside and enjoy the spring sunshine.

Complementing the 63 new homes that have already been built at Trentham Manor, the new play area includes a big basket swing, slide and a stepping stone balancing challenge and is open to all younger residents living at the development.

Julie Darby, St. Modwen Homes' sales consultant at Trentham Manor, said: "The children on site were very excited for the new play area to open, with many of them keeping an eye on how the construction has been progressing over the last few months.

"We had a crowd of people waiting on the day and it was fantastic to see our younger residents playing on the new swing and slide for the first time – even our site manager couldn't resist giving them a go."

The play area is open to people living at Trentham Manor 24 hours a day.

Located off Sir Stanley Matthew's Way in Trentham, just five miles from the centre of Stoke-on-Trent, Trentham Manor is proving a popular place to live, with 100% of new homeowners stating they would be happy to recommend St. Modwen Homes to a friend.

St. Modwen Homes is currently selling a range of one, two, three, four and five bedroom homes, with prices starting from £115,995 for a one bedroom apartment.
