Tipton Shopping Centre attracts Day Nursery

A day nursery and an estate agent are the latest tenants to have been signed up by St Modwen Developments Ltd in its refurbished and expanded Tipton Shopping Centre.

Tots ’R" Us has relocated from another part of the town to a 185 sq m (1,988 sq ft) unit in the town centre on a new five-year lease following the surrender of the lease by Accord Housing Association.

Estate agents Walker Phillips has taken a ten-year lease on a 254 sq m (2,730 sq ft) prominent corner unit.

Rupert Joseland of St Modwen, said that two other units totalling 204 sq m (2,200 sq ft) are under offer to Sandwell Council and there is active discussion concerning the three remaining units.
