Accessible Hire for Coombs Wood

A £1 million-plus deal for 929 sq m (10,000 sq ft) of offices has been concluded by St Modwen Developments Ltd, the development subsidiary of St Modwen Properties PLC, on its Coombs Wood Business Park, Halesowen.

Accessible Hire & Refrigeration Ltd has acquired a site on the 43-acre park for the development of offices to be constructed by St Modwen, and with room for expansion. The site is adajcent to the new regional headquarters of Redrow Homes, which St Modwen developed in 2002.

Construction is expected to commence mid-May.
