St Modwen sells further land for Auto Sakes Park

St Modwen Developments Ltd has sold eight acres of open land at Wakefield Road, Sefton, Merseyside, to Switch Cars for £725,000.

The auto sales park company, which acquired two acres adjoining last year, plans to expand its car showroom and warehouse facilities.
