St Modwen plan Trade Park in Huddersfield

St Modwen Ventures, a subsidiary of St Modwen Properties PLC, has applied for planning permisison to create a trade park within a 15-acre industrial
site in St Thomas Road, Huddersfield.

The site was formerly occupied entirely by Brook Motors Ltd which has rationalised and consolidated into a smaller part of the site which has been refurbished for them by St Modwen.

The trade park will comprise 2,322 sq m (25,000 sq ft) in a number of trade counter units and it is expected that construction will commence late this Spring.

The joint agents are Eddisons of Huddersfield and Michael Steel & Co of Leeds.
