Elephant Castle Pub to be converted to Chinese restaurant

Key Property Investments, the joint venture between St Modwen Properties PLC and Salhia Real Estate Co, has let the former Butts public house in the Elephant & Castle, London, for conversion to a Chinese restaurant.

The business has taken a seven-year lease on the 310 sq m (3,340 sq ft) property at an annual rent of £63,000.
