Two more companies have taken up occupation on the 25-acre Henley Park, Normandy, near Guildford, owned by St Modwen Ventures Ltd, a subsidiary of St Modwen Properties PLC.
Container Kitchen Systems Ltd has taken a five-year lease on three units of offices and storage accommodation totalling 1,633 sq m (17,582 sq ft) and external yard space, at an annual rent of £44,000.
Two units totalling 824 sq m (8,874 sq ft ) of offices, laboratory and storage space, have been let to Mast Carbon Ltd on a five-year lease at an annual rent of £39,333.
