St Modwen moves swiftly to achieve 110,000 sq ft Manchester letting

Key Property Investments, a joint venture between St Modwen Properties PLC and Salhia Real Estate Company of Kuwait, completed the signing of a lease on a 10,219 sq m (110,000 sq ft ) warehouse on the Westinghouse Road Estate, in Trafford Park, Manchester, within 72 hours of the initial enquiry.

Malikson Warehousing Ltd has taken a ten-year lease on the building at an initial rent of £1.75 per sq ft. The swift conclusion of the deal allowed Malikson to take immediate occupation to commence fitting out in readiness for a recently-won contract.

Malikson and Redman Heenan are at present in further negotiation for additional storage land for HGVs at Trafford Park.
