LEADING CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANCY RELOCATES TO FIRST OFFICES AT PRESCOT BUSINESS PARK

AA Projects, one of the UK's fastest growing construction consultancies, has become the first office occupier at St Modwen Developments' Prescot Business Park, Knowsley, Merseyside.

The consultancy, which has relocated from Wavertree Business Village, Liverpool, has taken a 4,400 sq ft two-storey office building on a ten-year lease within the 12-acre extensively landscaped business park.

Mike Hosie, St Modwen's development manager, said: "We are naturally delighted AA Projects have decided to make their new home at Prescot. They were clearly swayed by the proximity of the motorway connections, the rail network and local amenities, plus the quality of the building and the competitive terms."
