MARK JOINS ST MODWEN¹S HQ TEAM

Mark Watkins has joined St Modwen Properties PLC as a senior development surveyor in its Birmingham head office.

For the past three years he has led Jones Lang LaSalle¹s retail team in London after previously working for Boots Properties.

Mark, who is 43 and has nearly 20 years experience in the property world, will have responsibility for retail projects including St Matthew¹s Quarter, Walsall, and Hednesford.

John Dodds, regional director, Midlands, of St Modwen, said: "Mark brings significant development experience across the retail and leisure sections to take existing projects forward. In addition, his role includes identifying new retail-led opportunities across the Midlands as part of our hopper development pipeline."
