A DREAM COMPLETION FOR RUNCORN RETAIL PARK

Dreams,  the UK¹s  leading bed specialist company, has completed the line-up in St Modwen¹s Bridge Retail Park, Runcorn, by taking a  9,100 sq ft unit on a 15-year lease at an annual rent  of £15 per sq ft.

Dreams, which  expect to open in March,  joins Homebase who opened a 30,000 sq ft DIY store and garden centre at the park just prior to Christmas.
