NEW SENIOR EXECUTIVE APPOINTED IN ST MODWEN¹S SOUTH WEST REGIONAL OFFICE
20 February 2008
Ian Guy, formerly of Rok Development in Exeter, has joined St Modwen¹s expanding South West regional office in Bristol as senior development manager. He has a wealth of development experience in the South West having worked in the area for nine years. St Modwen, the UK¹s leading regeneration specialist, is handling from its Bristol office numerous major schemes in the South West and South Wales, including the creation of three urban villages at Dursley, Llanwern and Coed Darcy. Ian will deal principally with acquisitions and existing developments south of Bristol in the Somerset, Wiltshire, Dorset, Devon and Cornwall areas. He will be responsible immediately for the existing scheme in Taunton where the redevelopment of Langford Mead will provide 550 dwellings and some 200,000 sqft of employment accommodation, and 15 acres at Weston-super-Mare for future development. Notes to Editor: St Modwen¹s three urban villages - Littlecombe in Dursley, Llanwern in Newport and Coed Darcy, near Neath and Swansea - will provide some 9,000 dwellings, two million sq ft of employment space and more than 10,000 jobs. The company aims to continue to add to its existing property portfolio in the region to enable it to create developments that will provide a long-term legacy for residents and business occupiers. For further information contact Ian Guy (0117 3167780). Issued by Paul Raymer of Howle Chapman Raymer (0121 313 1000). |
