ST MODWEN OPEN NORTHERN HOME COUNTIES REGIONAL OFFICE IN ST ALBANS

St Modwen has opened its Northern Home Counties regional office in St Albans. The office, at The Courtyard, Alban Park, Hatfield Road, is the UK¹s leading regeneration specialist¹s seventh regional office. Rupert Wood, St Modwen¹s Northern Home Counties regional manager, said: "We have a number of major projects we are managing in the region and are looking at new opportunities to grow the business. "This is a strong and expanding part of the UK where there are numerous opportunities for further regeneration and new development schemes. Being based in the heart of the region enables us to have a closer relationship with our partners and the local communities in which we are working." Currently, Rupert and development and asset manager Robin Vaughan, are handling the planned £100 million redevelopment of Hatfield town centre; the regeneration of Bedford town centre; the on-going development of Cranfield Technology Park and the redevelopment of Thurleigh Airpark near Bedford. The new regional office will predominantly cover an area to the north of the M25, west to Bicester (M40), east to M11 and as far north as Cambridge, Peterborough and Northampton.
