BUSINESS LINK WEST MIDLANDS RELOCATES TO QUINTON BUSINESS PARK
11 March 2008
Business Link West Midlands has relocated to St Modwen's Quinton Business Park, Birmingham. The business advice agency, which has moved from Brierley Hill, is occupying a 27,000 sq ft three-storey new headquarter building. Three phases of development, each of about 50,000 sq ft, have been completed at the 18-acre Quinton Business Park which is located adjacent to Junction 3 M5, and has attracted well-known occupiers such as Gensys, Highways Agency and Serco as well as St Modwen's own headquarters and other construction related businesses, RPS and Wates. Peter Rudd, of St Modwen, said: "Quinton Business Park is the best located business park on the M5 to the west of Birmingham. Its proximity to Junction 3, the least congested junction on that section of the M5, gives it unrivalled motorway access and via the Hagley Road, the best connection to the city centre from the south or west. "Business has been slower that we might have liked but the quality of the occupational line up speaks powerfully for the quality of the location and the development itself. "Two self-contained buildings each of 10,000 sq ft are currently available, together with a further 16,000 sq ft in smaller suites from 2,000 sq ft within one of the larger office buildings. There remains five acres available for bespoke development or further speculative phases." DTZ acted for St Modwen. Business West Midlands was represented by Gerald Eve.
