SHEPCOTE OFFICE VILLAGE'S LATEST RECRUIT

Fumex Installations, one of the UK's biggest industrial dust, smoke and fume extraction providers , is relocating to St Modwen¹s successful Shepcote Office Village, Sheffield.

The firm has taken a ten-year lease on a 2,760 sq ft unit .

"Only three units remain available," said Nigel Cunis of St Modwen. "Local and regional companies have been keen to locate at Shepcote because of its accessibility and attractive environment."

Laurence Neary, financial director of Fumex, said: "This is the start of a new chapter in the continuing growth of Fumex Installations, and in the new office environment and the logistical location of the business village, meets all of Fumex's future strategic needs."
