ST MODWEN EXPANDS YORKSHIRE REGIONAL OFFICE

St Modwen, the UK's leading regeneration specialists, has expanded its Yorkshire regional office in Leeds with the appointment of Richard Bannister as development manager.

He was formerly strategic director of Pearson Developments Ltd of Leeds, and for five years worked for chartered surveyors Turner & Partners in Wetherby.

Richard, aged 33, will be involved with St Modwen's Sheffield developments, Shepcote Office Village and Holbrook Industrial Park as well as developments in Hull, Darlington and Doncaster.
