VALLEY FORGE INTO QUEDGELEY WEST BUSINESS PARK

25 March 2008

Valley Forge (UK) Ltd, has taken a 15-year lease on a new 16,265 sq ft industrial/distribution building on St Modwen's 32-acre Quedgeley West Business Park, Gloucester.

Valley Forge, which runs hi-tech training programmes for motor manufacturers, joins City Link in locating within phase two of the extremely well located development fronting the A38 and within one mile of Junction 12 M5.

This current phase comprises six units totalling 120,000 sq ft .Three of the units have recently been completed with Valley Forge and City Link now occupying 47,000 sq ft and a further three units will complete in April.

Rob Skelston, St Modwen's development manager, said: "It is excellent news that Valley Forge is joining City Link in this phase and we have further interest in the remaining units. With the recently announced unit for CM Downton there is only one remaining phase to start on this business park.

"This could accommodate a purpose-built unit of up to 130,000 sq ft but in case we do not find such an enquiry we will shortly be seeking planning consent for a speculative scheme of 10,000 sq ft to 30,000 sq ft units similar to the current phase."

Ash & Co and DTZ acted for St Modwen. Valley Forge was represented by HEB Chartered Surveyors of Nottingham.
