Notification of Transactions of Directors – 2009 PSP share awards

The Company announces that the following nil cost share awards under the Company’s Performance Share Plan have been granted on 24 July 2009 to the following Executive Directors:

William Oliver 294,694 shares
Timothy Haywood 172,381 shares
Stephen Burke 194,444 shares

The vesting of the 2009 Share Awards will be subject to the Company’s performance for the three year period ended 31 May 2012, measured by reference to two performance tests: Net Asset Value Growth and Absolute Total Return.
