Board Change - Mary Francis CBE
Mary Francis has advised the Company’s Board that, in order to focus on her other working commitments, she wishes to leave the Board of St. Modwen Properties PLC as a non-executive director. She will step down on 30 September 2009.
The Company has engaged The Zygos Partnership to identify a suitable replacement and to assist the Company’s Board with its ongoing programme of Board composition.
Mary Francis commented:
“I have very much enjoyed my time with St. Modwen and feel that I leave it in good shape for the future.”
Anthony Glossop, Chairman of St. Modwen, said: “I regret but respect Mary’s decision to stand down. She has been a very useful contributor, particularly with her clear insight into corporate governance and strategic issues, and will not be easy to replace.”
