Analyst and Investor Site Visit

St. Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, will today host a site visit for analysts and investors. The visit will include presentations on its current trading, residential development business and its Joint Ventures, and a tour of 468 acre Longbridge site in Birmingham where it is regenerating the former MG Rover works into a £1 billion, major mixed-use scheme. No new material information will be disclosed in the presentations.
