Award winning housebuilder, St. Modwen Homes, has revealed that saving for a deposit – as well as various fees and stamp duty costs – remains the biggest headache for people looking for a new property in Coalville.

Dean Pattison and his partner, Stacey Towersey purchased a three bedroom semi-detached ‘Dean’ house type at Woodlands Reach.

Stacey and I were really fortunate as we managed to win our £500 reservation fee at the Bingo, helping to take some of the stress out of the house buying process.”
Having had their first child in April, Dean and Stacey are now one of a number of local families who have chosen to purchase a home at Woodlands Reach.
Dean said: “We knew we wanted to buy our first home in Ravenstone and so had looked at a couple of other new build developments before visiting Woodlands Reach.
