277 new homes planned for South Wales
Expert developer and regeneration specialist, St. Modwen, has submitted next-phase planning applications to build 277 St. Modwen homes across its developments at Glan Llyn in Newport and Coed Darcy in Neath.
The 277 new homes will comprise 203 homes at Glan Llyn and 74 at Coed Darcy. Subject to planning consent being granted, work is expected to start on both sites later in 2019, with a view to completing the Coed Darcy homes by late 2021, and Glan Llyn by 2023. These will include a range of different house designs, boasting a mix of two, three and four bedroom houses at both sites.
