St. Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, has successfully renegotiated the lease of one of its longest serving tenants at its Audley Avenue Enterprise Park in Newport.

Jupiter Marketing Ltd, a specialist fruit supplier and distributor which has been based at Audley Avenue Enterprise Park for ten years, has extended and expanded its lease at the industrial estate from 48,312sq ft to 63,314sq ft reflecting the continuing strength of its business.

The new four year lease of offices, cold store and packaging premises will enable Jupiter Marketing Ltd to continue its fruit import and distribution service to its expanding supplier and customer base.
