Mark Allan (Chief Executive), Rob Hudson (Chief Financial Officer) and Andrew Eames (General Counsel and Company Secretary) are also members of the Executive Committee.
Managing Director – Strategic Land & Regeneration
Experience: joined St. Modwen as Land Director for Project MoDEL in 2006 and became Residential Director in 2009 and Group Residential Director in 2015. Previously Development Director at Crest Nicholson plc overseeing residential-led mixed-use developments in London and the South East. Led the establishment and early development of St. Modwen Homes. Recently appointed as Managing Director for St. Modwen’s Strategic Land & Regeneration business.
Managing Director – Industrial & Logistics
Experience: Rupert has worked at St. Modwen since 2001. Originally based in the Midlands office, he opened the West and Wales region in 2004 and has since grown the portfolio and team. He is now responsible for the overall leadership and performance of St. Modwen’s dedicated industrial and logistics business.
Responsible for a national committed pipeline of over 1.5m sq ft in 2019, Rupert is underpinned by a senior team with deep-rooted industry expertise. His dedicated team manages the full property lifecycle, including development, delivery, leasing and retention.
Managing Director – St. Modwen Homes
Experience: joined St. Modwen in 2015 from Morgan Sindall where he was Construction and Infrastructure Managing Director (for North England, North Wales and the Midlands) and a member of the executive team. Previously worked for St. Modwen from 2003 until 2009 as a Construction Manager. A fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Building.
Group HR Director
Experience: Jane joined the business in 2017 bringing significant HR Director experience working for a diverse range of sectors (both private and public) and blue chip companies including Barclays, Jobcentre Plus, Halfords and Staples. This includes operating as a member and coach for executive teams and the development and implementation of commercial People strategies and HR practices which have enabled a step change in business culture and performance.
Managing Director – Strategy and Corporate Development
Experience: Remco joined the business in 2017 and has over 10 years’ experience in real estate capital markets with extensive expertise in dealing with listed real estate companies across various sectors in the UK and internationally. Began his career as a Senior Analyst at Kempen & Co and has held a number of roles including as Head of European Real Estate Equity Research for Kempen & Co, London, and Director Equity Research at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, London.
