In the last financial year, we delivered 1.4m sq ft of commercial space and grew our residential business, St. Modwen Homes, by 43% in total units sold. In addition, we retained £66m worth of industrial / logistics space to ensure that our portfolio mix is focussed on fewer, larger assets and long-term growth sectors which is in line with our strategic objectives.

We have consistent long-term, high-value commercial development activity with a 1.6m sq ft committed commercial pipeline for 2018. We expect our St. Modwen Homes business to continue to grow with sales volumes up to 25% in 2018, entirely satisfied by our existing land bank. In addition, we expect to sell £100 – £150m of small assets and retail assets during the year.
