American-owned consultants move on to Quinton Business Park

St Modwen Properties PLC has leased the building next to the company’s new headquarters on Quinton Business Park, Birmingham, to Fluor, American-owned engineering and infrastructure consultants.

The firm is to occupy 929 sq m (10,000 sq ft) of offices on a 15-year lease at an annual rent of £175,928.

Derek West, of St Modwen, said: “Fluor, an international company, was attracted by the quality of the offices and the park’s excellent communications.”

St Modwen was represented by DTZ. Fluor was unrepresented.
