ANDREA APPOINTED INNOVATION CENTRE MANAGER AT LONGBRIDGE TECHNOLOGY PARK

Andrea Fullard has been appointed Manager of the Longbridge Innovation Centre, one of the two buildings being developed by St Modwen Properties PLC in the first £15 mil. phase of Longbridge Technology Park.

The 45,000 sq ft Innovation Centre which opens in June will provide business space and support for new and growing technology businesses.

Andrea previously worked for 12 years for Regus Group being responsible for managing a number of high profile centres including that at Blythe Valley Business Park, Solihull, where latterly she was general manager.

St Modwen is developing the 40-acre technology park in partnership with Advantage West Midlands. It marks the commencement of the 340-acre Longbridge development which is currently being processed through an Area Action Plan.

She brings to this landmark technology park a range of skills which will be invaluable in attracting young and new technology-based businesses to the first two buildings that will be opened shortly.”
