Redman Heenan Properties Ltd, the investment subsidiary of St Modwen Properties PLC, has let further space at its Newport Business Park, Audley Road, Newport, Shropshire.

G G Ceramics and Interiors has taken a five-year lease, with a three-year break, on a 291 sq m (3,128 sq ft) unit at a rent rising to £9,384 per annum after two years.

The estate is now fully let with a current rent roll of £68,000.
