Appointment of Non-Executive Director

St Modwen Developments Ltd has expanded its Northern regional team with the appointment of two additional development surveyors at its Warrington office.

Jeremy Boyd, who previously worked in the North East with Bowey Developments and McAlpine Special Projects, will be involved in major retail and commercial redevelopment and regeneration projects.

Paul Batho, formerly with Metroholst Developments of Warrington, will be involved with St Modwen’s partnership projects in Liverpool, Widnes and Manchester which include retail, leisure, housing and office regeneration schemes.
