Bedford College takes town centre site

St Modwen Developments Ltd has let 2,578 sq m (27,750 sq ft ) offices in the centre of Bedford to Bedford College on a five-year lease at an annual rent of £50,000.

Cauldwell House, Cauldwell Street, Bedford, is being let on a short term lease at a highly concessionary rent while St Modwen finalise its plans for the redevelopment of the town centre bus station site.

Cauldwell House was acquired by St Modwen as a potential relocation opportunity for occupiers displaced from the town centre by the development.
