St. Modwen developed the first two phases of the Business Park comprising a multi-let office building and small industrial units for owner occupiers in 2005.
Nick Kay, Development Director at St. Modwen, said: “To be delivering a building for the national removal and storage company GB Liners is the culmination of eight successful years of developing and evolving Woodingdean Business Park into a strong commercial community.
“Furthermore, the last few weeks have seen three office units let on phase 3 and four industrial units on plot 4 snapped up by occupiers. This is testament to the quality of the environment we have created but also to the recovery of the industrial and commercial markets in Brighton. We are now very keen to secure further land and are looking for opportunities in the area as we see Brighton as a strong investment prospect.”
