BUSINESS SPACE IN DEMAND IN WALSALL

St Modwen has just completed a £1.95 million speculative phase of industrial, distribution and business units at Walsall Enterprise Park, and has already pre-sold three of the seven warehouse units.

The latest phase provides 30,000 sq ft in units ranging from 2,400 sq ft to 5,600 sq ft which are for sale or to let.

Ian Romano of St Modwen said that this phase represented another successful chapter in the development of the park which has attracted numerous local and regional manufacturing and distribution firms.

“We continue to see strong demand from local companies looking to relocate to new business units. Walsall Enterprise Park provides high quality units on a well managed and well located business park.

“This follows a successful earlier phase of 54,000 sq ft on which all 13 units have now been sold” he added.

St Modwen is currently finalising details for the remaining phases totalling 110,000 sq ft phase on the Park.
