Call centre pre-let signed up at Trentham Lakes
Stoke-on-Trent Regeneration Limited, the joint venture between St Modwen Properties PLC and Stoke-on-Trent Council, has exchanged contracts with HSBC Auto Direct for a 35,000 sq. ft. Call Centre to be developed at the 400-acre Trentham Lakes site.
