Working closely with a landowner and with support from local authorities, we are delivering a new settlement of homes, open spaces, a school and other conveniences, all with community at the heart.

Our priority was to prove our capabilities and share the same vision

After a competitive process, we were selected by a landowner to sympathetically develop a scheme in Wantage, Oxfordshire. We built a plan to deliver 1,500 new homes, a new school and community facilities, creating a viable, sustainable scheme for future generations.

Dedicated to delivery

We have already sold parcels land to four housebuilders and have completed a new 420-pupil school.

We are now over a third of the way through this project. As well as new homes, a new multi-use community hall and other facilities are also on way.
