St. Modwen Charity Run 2019
St. Modwen Charity Run in support of LandAid
Friday 13th September 2019 – 14:00
Longbridge Town Centre
The Midlands’ ‘toughest 10k’ is returning for its third year to raise money to help end youth homelessness in the region.
This year we will have both a 5K and a 10K race, so whether you’re aiming for a personal best or taking in the sights and sounds of Longbridge town centre and Cofton Park – the St. Modwen Charity Run has something for everyone.
Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just beginning your couch to 5K journey, we’ve got a way for you to do your bit to end youth homelessness.
Taking place on Friday 13th September in Longbridge, we’re calling on runners from across the property sector to compete on rolling hills and rough terrain.
Since its launch in 2017, over 400 runners have pounded the pavements of Longbridge and Cofton Park to raise over £50,000 for LandAid. Money raised has funded the renovation of homes to provide safe, warm accommodation for young people at risk of homelessness in the Midlands through LandAid’s partnership with Birmingham-based charity, St. Basil’s.
LandAid brings the property industry together to provide safe, suitable and affordable accommodation for young people facing homelessness, giving them a brighter future.

Last year, over 200 runners took part in the race and raised over £26,000 to help end youth homelessness.
