Dartford industrial development sold at auction

A 172 sq m (1,850 sq ft ) industrial building at St Modwen Properties PLC’s Swan Business Park, Dartford, Kent, has been sold at an investment auction for £251,000.

Swan Business Park was a scheme developed by St Modwen in the late 1980s, originally for owner occupation. When that market turned down in the early 1990s, St Modwen let the properties and has run the park as a manage estate since.

St Modwen has recently taken advantage of the strong owner occupier/investor market to sell a number of units on the park as the opportunities have arisen.

Jones Lang LaSalle sold the occupied building on behalf of St Modwen.
