To sustain success, we know that our financial performance must be delivered in tandem with having a meaningful, positive impact on society and the environment. We have a proud history of making positive change in the communities we serve. We have brought this together in a clear, deliverable and truly responsible approach for the long term.
With population growth and social trends impacting the environment around us, we want to boost biodiversity on our schemes, use sustainably-sourced materials, and reduce waste.
We want to decrease the amount of harmful carbon emitted to our planet and are aiming to be operationally net zero carbon by 2025 and fully net zero carbon by 2040.
We’re creating a culture that is inspiring and inclusive, where difference is valued, so that we can perform at our best and be reflective of our communities.
Access to good education is fundamental to a strong society. We have committed to invest 1% of our cash profits every year into education partnerships.
We want to make a meaningful, positive impact on the happiness, health and wellbeing of our people, the communities we operate in, and the places we deliver.
Having the right operating practices and supply chain partners underpins our approach to delivering responsibly.
