Duraflex make early move into offices at Tewkesbury Business Park

Building products manufacturer Duraflex has moved into its new 1,858 sq m (20,000 sq ft ) headquarter offices at Tewkesbury Business Park, Glos, which will form part of the firm’s 25,083 sq m (270,000 sq ft) manufacturing and distribution centre to be completed in the summer.

St Modwen Developments Ltd, the development subsidiary of St Modwen Properties PLC, who last year secured the 12.4 acre plot for Duraflex in partnership with Stoford Developments Ltd, delivered the offices for Duraflex on an exceptionally fast programme.
