EASTLEIGH WORKS LOOKS BEAUTIFUL
Sure Health and Beauty is the latest occupier to base itself at the Eastleigh Works estate in Eastleigh, Hampshire, managed by St Modwen on behalf of estate owners Key Property Investments, the joint venture between St Modwen Properties and Salhia Real Estate Co.
Sure Health and Beauty has taken a three year lease on a 16,500 sq ft industrial unit at a rent of £50,000 p.a.
The 47-acre managed estate has been established since the site was handed back to Key Properties by Alstom on the expiry of its lease last December.
The main office has been refurbished and offers flexible managed accommodation from 250 sq ft – 11,000 sq ft with excellent car parking. The remainder of the estate offers a range of industrial/ warehouse space from 5,000 sq ft – 100,000 sq ft together with rail storage facilities.
Paul Arnold, senior development manager for St Modwen, said: “The site is beginning to look busy again with eight companies already operating from the site employing over 120 people, and contributing once again to the Eastleigh economy.
“St Modwen intends to manage the estate in this fashion for the medium term whilst long term planning and infrastructure issues are resolved.”
