Ethel Austin strengthen Catford Centre line-up

St Modwen Investments Ltd, an investment subsidiary of St Modwen Properties PLC, has let a double unit at its Catford Centre in South East London, to fashion retailer Ethel Austin Ltd on a 15-year lease at an annual rent of £39,750, with a break option at the 10th year.

Two vacant units were combined into a 214 sq m (2,300 sq ft ) unit with an extended first floor storage area constructed by St Modwen to facilitate the deal.

Charles Evans of St Modwen said: “Ethel Austin is well represented within our shopping centre portfolio and will complement the existing fashion retail offer of Catford Centre.”
