Festival Trade Park investment sale

De-Di Investments, a London-based private company, has acquired for £750,000 the 1,115 sq m (12,000 sq ft) premises occupied by Rexel Senate on the successful Festival Trade Park, Etruria Valley, Stoke-on-Trent, being

developed by Stoke-on-Trent Regeneration Ltd, the joint venture between St Modwen Properties PLC and Stoke City Council.

Rexel Senate occupies the trade unit on a 15-year lease at an annual rent of £63,750. The investment sale price represents an initial yield of 8%. Stoke-on-Trent Regeneration was represented by Colliers CRE and Charles Associates acted for the purchaser.
