FIRST HOMEOWNER MOVES IN AT RADLEY PARK

Award-winning housebuilder, St. Modwen Homes, has welcomed its first purchasers to their new home at its Radley Park development, located on Lowfield Lane in St. Helens.

Kyle, aged 28, and Helen, aged 25, purchased their new home 12 weeks ago and have since moved into a two bedroom Alnwick house with their 18 month old son, Oliver.

Kyle, said: “We just happened to come across St. Modwen Homes’ Radley Park development after visiting other new build schemes in the area and were immediately impressed by the quality of homes on offer and the attention to detail including the style of the doors, skirting boards and interior finishes. What really stood out to us was just how light and spacious the homes felt, making it seem so much bigger than all the other two bedroom houses we looked at.”

The Alnwick property boasts an open plan kitchen and dining room with French doors leading out to the rear garden and a spacious living room. Upstairs, there are two double sized bedrooms, including a master bedroom which benefits from having its own en-suite in addition to the family bathroom.

Helping the couple get onto the property ladder, Kyle and Helen used the government’s Help to Buy initiative. Under this scheme, the government lends purchasers up to 20 per cent of the new home’s full price leaving only a 75 per cent mortgage and an upfront deposit of just five per cent to pay.

Jo Winston, Sales Manager at St. Modwen Homes, said: “Help to Buy has already enabled thousands of first-time buyers like Kyle and Helen to purchase their first family home. The low deposits available under the scheme can make all the difference to helping people find a new home within their ideal location and has continued to prove popular across many of our sites.”

Typical of St. Modwen Homes’ developments, all the homes at Radley Park boast individual designs with high quality fixtures and fittings throughout, including stylish designer kitchens and contemporary bathrooms. Additionally, all the properties have been built with higher than average ceilings and windows to allow natural light to flood through its homes.

There is currently a range of two, three and four bedroom properties available to purchase at Radley Park with nine different house designs to choose from. Prices for the new homes start at just £134,995. When complete, Radley Park will comprise 161 homes including a range of two bedroom mews, and three and four bedroom semi-detached and detached properties.

House hunters visiting St. Modwen Homes’ development also have the opportunity to walk around its Hannington four bedroom and Webster three bedroom show homes at Radley Park to get an idea of what it would be like to live at the development.

Radley Park is located just three miles from St. Helens’ thriving town centre, as well as being just 10 miles from Liverpool and having easy access to the M62 and A58.
