FIRST HOMES LAUNCHED AT FORMER RAF LOCKING SITE
St. Modwen Homes, part of St. Modwen Properties PLC, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, is launching the first phase of new homes this weekend, Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th November, at its unique Locking Parklands development near Weston-super-Mare.
The event will formally launch the first phase of homes, which will see 34 properties released to market, of which 30 will be made available through the Homes and Communities Agency’s HomeBuy Direct scheme in conjunction with South West Homes. Prospective buyers will be able to visit the marketing suite between 10am – 6pm and discuss specifications and interiors with on-site sales team advisors. It will also be the first opportunity to view the contemporary 3 bedroom show home that has been designed to give prospective buyers a true taste of living in this unique environment.
