FIRST PHASE SELLS FAST AT GREGORYS BANK

Househunters in Worcester are facing their last chance to buy one of the popular homes in the first phase at the Gregorys Bank development, located off St Georges Lane North.

Delivered by St. Modwen Homes, Gregorys Bank has proven especially popular, particularly with families and those living in the local area, so much so that there are now just three homes left in the first phase of the development.

To mark the recent sales success, St. Modwen Homes has now released its five bedroom Bishop showhome for sale. Priced at £450,000, the property has been professionally styled by interior designers and has impressed visitors with the quality of build and luxury specifications St. Modwen Homes has to offer.

Bev Hall, Sales and Marketing Director at St. Modwen Homes said: “We’ve had a phenomenal response to our first phase of housing at Gregorys Bank and received great feedback from our new residents. It’s been fantastic to see the community develop and we’re now looking forward to welcoming our next homeowners to the development.

“We’ve worked really closely with our architects throughout this first phase of development to make sure our properties boast practical, intelligent and attractive designs. The three remaining properties are the four bedroom Baron house and the two five bedroom Bishops properties, including our beautiful showhome, which is being sold with all the fixtures, fittings and furniture.”

Boasting traditional red brick exteriors and feature bay windows, the properties at Gregorys Bank have been designed with high ceilings and large windows to allow natural light to flood through the rooms. Additionally the three remaining four and five bedroom properties come with a garage and three parking spaces.

Bev said: “Following the success of the first phase of Gregorys Bank and to help meet the demand for new homes in the local area, construction has now started on the second phase of homes which will deliver 120 beautiful new properties. The aim is for these homes to be available to reserve from the plan in the autumn and people can already register their interest to be some of the first to see the new house designs.”

Gregorys Bank is perfectly situated for those commuting to work in Birmingham city centre or further afield and has great transport links to the M5 and a direct train to Birmingham which only takes 40 minutes.

St. Modwen Homes, the residential part of St. Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, has quickly earned a reputation as a trusted housebuilder.
